Clinical Policies & Legal Notice

Our commitment to medical transparency, patient safety, and ethical clinical practice.

Policies may vary by treatment

The general policies below apply to all patients. However, specific terms — such as the consultation credit (only available for tattoo removal within 30 days), session pricing, package validity, and preparation requirements — differ between treatments. For the exact terms of your treatment, please see the corresponding Tattoo Removal pricing or Skin Treatments pricing page.

Medical Compliance & Legal Notice

This website is dedicated strictly to objective patient education and medical transparency. In accordance with Belgian legislation, the Federal Public Service (FPS) Health, and the ethical code of the National Ordre des Médecins.

All medical aesthetic procedures displayed on this website are performed exclusively by qualified, registered medical doctors. Our clinicians hold official RIZIV / INAMI registration numbers and are fully compliant with Belgian healthcare regulations.

Every treatment plan is highly individualized and determined solely on medical grounds during a face-to-face consultation.

Our Clinical Protocol: The Mandatory Pre-Treatment Consultation

At our clinic, your safety and medical well-being are our highest priorities. In strict alignment with Belgian clinical guidelines and ethical medical practice, we do not perform "walk-in" injections or same-day major aesthetic treatments for new patients.

Every clinical journey begins with a mandatory, comprehensive preliminary consultation. During this appointment, your attending physician will:

  • Review your complete medical history, including allergies, current medications, and past procedures.
  • Perform a clinical anatomical assessment to ensure you are a safe candidate for the requested treatment.
  • Discuss realistic clinical outcomes, ensuring an ethical alignment of expectations and screening for psychological appropriateness.

We believe that aesthetic medicine is a serious medical discipline, and we respect your health by providing the time, care, and data you need to make an informed choice.

Patient Safety, Quality Assurance & Emergency Management

While non-surgical aesthetic procedures carry a high safety profile when performed by experts, they remain medical interventions with inherent risks. We believe that a truly professional clinic is defined by how safely it operates behind the scenes and how prepared it is for the unexpected.

Approved Medical Material

Our clinic works strictly with CE-marked medical devices and products officially approved by the Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products (FAMHP / AFMPS) in Belgium. Every product used is tracked via a batch-and-lot numbering system directly linked to your digital medical record.

Strict Aseptic Environment

All treatments are performed in clinically controlled, medical-grade rooms. We adhere to rigorous sterilization protocols and follow official Belgian standards for biological and sharp medical waste disposal.

Advanced Complication Management

Our physician is fully trained and certified in advanced aesthetic complication protocols. The clinic maintains an immediate, on-site stock of emergency reversal agents — including Hyaluronidase for the management of rare vascular emergencies — ensuring that if a complication arises, it is diagnosed and treated instantly.

The Right of Refusal

To maintain the highest ethical standards, our physician reserves the right to refuse treatment if a procedure is deemed medically unsafe, risks an unnatural anatomical distortion, or if the patient's motivations do not align with sound medical ethics.

Appointments, Cancellations & Payment

Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice

We ask patients to give at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows another patient to use the slot. Cancellations can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Missed Appointments (No-Show)

If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and did not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the appointment is considered a no-show. A no-show fee equivalent to the consultation fee (€25) or 50% of the scheduled treatment price (whichever is lower) may be charged before a new appointment can be booked.

Repeated No-Shows

If a patient misses more than 2 consecutive appointments without valid notice, we reserve the right to refuse any future appointment requests. This policy protects the schedule of other patients and preserves the availability of our physician's time.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be shortened or rescheduled at the physician's discretion, to protect the schedule of following patients.

Payment of Services

Treatments are paid in full at the end of each session. We accept cash, bank transfer, Payconiq, and most major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) securely processed through Stripe. We do not offer instalment plans or deferred payment. An itemised invoice is issued for every treatment.

Unpaid Invoices

Any invoice that remains unpaid after its due date may result in the suspension of future appointments until the balance is settled. In case of persistent non-payment, we reserve the right to transfer the file to a recognised debt-recovery service, in accordance with Belgian law.

Refunds

Because each session is performed and completed on the day, treatment fees are not refundable once a session has taken place. Prepaid packages, if agreed in writing, remain valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-transferable.

Medical Right of Postponement

For your safety, the physician may postpone a treatment on the day of your appointment if a medical contraindication is identified (recent sun exposure, active skin infection, pregnancy, certain medications, etc.). In that case, no cancellation fee applies and the appointment is rescheduled at no extra cost.
